Urban Renewal & Inner City Success: A standout achievement includes the redevelopment of 120 Collins Avenue, Edge Hill - purchased for $2.36 million in 2016 and transformed into a vibrant, contemporary space. The property was later sold for $3.64 million in 2021 through Unique Real Estate.
